Last night, my friend Ryan played his senior recital for upright bass and he was absolutely brilliant and I’m so proud of him. His Koussevitzky concerto was so fucking good, you guys. AND he played O Mio Babbino Caro, which I sang waaaaaaay back in the day in my senior voice recital in high school, I admit I teared up for a second. Then we got hammered.

Also, I drew him a bunch of doodles since he’s always asking for them (why do people insist on wanting doodles from me instead of a cool gift?), and then he posted one on facebook, much to my delight. :P
